      This is just OK. My first experience with white pepper was with the Spice Islands brand. I fell in love with the white pepper and prefer it to black. When I ran out, I decided to go for a higher-end brand. This doesn't have a lot of flavor, and almost no heat.I am here today to order the Spice Island white pepper.

      SARAWAK is a variety of pepper from Malaysia and the new fancy ingredients the grands chefs play with. The grapes of pepper are gathered by hand. They turn orange when they are ready after 18 months more or less. If you find them white, no panic, the pepper grains have just been plunged into water.

      These are the most impressive peppercorns. They are large and smooth with a nice white color. They are basically a perfect specimen of the plant.The taste is so good and and the peppercorns are so gorgeous. Taking the gamble on these was very rewarding.
